By using this website you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and expressly agreed to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined herein. This document represents a legally binding and enforceable agreement between you and Fayples Transnational LLC.
Accessing, browsing or otherwise using this website indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions herein provided. You are hereby advised to carefully and thoroughly peruse same before proceeding.
Fayples Transnational LLC reserves the exclusive rights not only to exchange any information whatsoever on this website but also to alter the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users. Upon such amendments, any user who persists in using this website will be deemed to have fully consented to the amended terms and conditions.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
- We reserve the exclusive rights, whether prior to or after the receipt of any order(s) to accept or decline such order(s) for any reason whatsoever.
For each product(s) ordered, user agrees to:
- Pay the price applicable for such product(s), and;
- Where the delivery is to be effected outside Port Harcourt, pay an extra delivery fee which will be charged on the weight of the total order.
Fayples Transnational LLC will not be liable for unsuccessful deliveries arising from, but not limited to the absence of the recipient or his agent(s) in the address supplied by the user at the time of delivery.
Fayples Transnational LLC is desirous of guaranteeing users all-round fulfillment. We want all our online store users to be happy and satisfied with their purchases. Consequently, we acknowledge the fact that users who are not satisfied with their purchases may opt to return same.
In the circumstances, the following should be kept in mind when returning a product purchased from our webstore:
- The Fayples Support Team must be duly notified of customer’s intention to return the item(s) within 24hours of the receipt of the ordered item(s). Customers are expected to call our Support lines [08051936428, 08142784683] within the said time if they have any item to return.
- Our Support Team upon confirmation of the customer’s request to return an item will forward a return form to the customer and also supply them with relevant information on how the said item(s) can be returned to us.
- For orders made from Port Harcourt, return must be done within 24hours from the time item(s) got delivered to the customer.
- For orders made from any other part of the South-South Region of Nigeria (excluding Port Harcourt), every return must be done via courier within three (3) days from the time the item was delivered.
- For orders made from any other part of Nigeria (excluding the South-South Region), every return must be done via courier within seven (7) days from the time the item was delivered.
- Products for return must be in the same condition in which it was delivered to you and the labels and tags must be intact.
- Sensitive personal items like underwear and other related products, as well as items that the customer has worn are however ineligible for return.
- All returned items will be inspected by us, and only valid returns will be attended to accordingly.
-The cost of returning the item(s) is to be borne by the customer. As a result, we strongly advise that customers confirm their sizes before placing an order. If assistance is needed in ascertaining whether an item will fit the customer, they are to contact our support team via phone call, email or any of our social media channel.
- Customers are to take full responsibility for the item(s) they intend to return until it reaches us within the specified time. Fayples Transnational Limited will take no responsibility or whatsoever for any misplacement, loss, or damage of or to the product before it gets to us.
- We shall not be responsible for the customer’s failure to return Item(s) within the time specified. Therefore, customers who fail to return item(s) as stated above will be deemed to have waived any or all related claims regarding such item(s).
Upon verification and validation of returned items, customers have the following options to choose from:
Exchange [Swap]: Customer can select another item (of same price) as substitute for the returned order. However, please note the following:
- If the cost of the preferred replacement item is above the price of the returned item, customer will be notified on how much extra is to be paid to us. The order will only be delivered on the account that the customer pays or agrees to pay (in the case of cash on delivery) the outstanding balance. In a case where the cost of the replacement item is lesser than the returned item, a non-transferable voucher will be issued to the customer for the exact outstanding amount.
- No exchanged item can itself be exchanged again. In other words, each item purchased cannot be exchanged more than once.
- We shall verify and validate every claim for return before the customer can be eligible for exchange.
Voucher [Coupon]: Upon returning an item, customer can choose to obtain a shopping voucher which can be used at a date not later than thirty (30) days from the date of original transaction. However, please note the following:
- Vouchers issued to a customer cannot be transferred to someone else.
- Losing the voucher code [this will be privately sent to you] automatically invalidates the voucher.
- Customers are to keep their voucher code(s) secret. We advise that customers keep the voucher slip completely out of sight.
- The value of the voucher will be equivalent to the cost of the returned item.
- If a voucher is issued to a customer in accordance to 1(a) above, the voucher value will be the exact amount recorded as outstanding by us.
Cash Refund: Should in case a customer is unsatisfied by the aforementioned options and would rather have their money back, below are the conditions for a cash refund:
- Your return must be verified and validated.
- All refund payments will be via bank transactions only.
- You will be required [we will contact you] to supply us with your account details which shall be credited within seven (7) days from when we receive the item from you.
Please be reminded that any use of this website is subject to the above conditions and all users are deemed to have accepted these conditions whenever this website is used.
